Rather belatedly posting about the British Society for Rheumatology Leadership Programme. I attended the presentations and celebration of the first tranche of Rheumatology leaders at the end of September. It was such an inspiring event. These people are going to transform the health service services in which they work – and will be such a valuable resource to each other, and future recruits to the programme. Well done everyone!
I chaired the BSR committee to help set the BSRLP up. The BSR staff did most of the background work and the programme was delivered by Ashridge-Hull Business School.
